Three Kings Monument: With the assistance of his two allies, King Ramkhamhaeng of Sukhothai and King Ngam Muang of Phayao, King Mengrai laid out and built his new capital of ChaingMai. This monument is to commemorate the association of the three kings. It is situated in front of the old provincial hall, close to the center of the old city and has now been converted into an Arts and Cultural Hall.
