The second Chiang Mai Mardi Gras and Music Festival will be held this year in the Night          Bazaar area, from December 11-14, and it is hoped this will help promote tourism to the region.                          Following the success of the first Chiang Mai Mardi Gras last year, the Municipal Tourist          Information has again organized this festival and has plans to make it into a long-term project.                          Along the street of Changklan Road (Night Bazaar) which will be decorated in Lanna style,          there are 3 major activities, comprising the Fascinating Hotel Food & Beverage, the Fascinating Pub &          Restaurant and the Fascinating Made in Chiang Mai Handicraft.
